Do you remove the chalaza from the eggs?

To make my eggnog even more tasty, I use a surgical scalpel to remove the chalaza, measure all the liquid ingredients using a laboratory beaker calibrated to nanoliters, and use a stopwatch with gradations in microseconds to make sure I beat the whites the exact amount of time for perfect froth.





















I didn't even know what "chalaza" was until I looked it up.  :ordr:

I've heard that the "chalaza" adds flavor :bait:
