Greetings,
I posted this under "General" when it probably belongs here. So, were there some bad years for CC's? If so, what are they?
Also, what are the few CC's that everyone should have tried and be familiar with? I'm trying to build a foundation of knowledge and experience. I'm new to CC's.
Thanks much.

Yes, there certainly were bad year.
Generally; the years 1999 thru 2001 are considered the worst CC cigars. Most of the issues were from rolling issues (plugged cigars), but this was also the introduction of the non-flammable habana-2000 wrapper.
They didn't get their shit together until late 2001/early 2002, depending on the factory.
