Just discovered this place inside the huge Northern Quest Casino just outside Spokane, Washington.

Great place to smoke, good ventilation, lots of comfortable chairs and nice selection of liquid accompaniments.  Great place to watch a game too, they can find just about any sports action on their TVs if you ask.

Suggest you bring your own sticks, though.  One that I picked from their humidor was awfully dry and split at the head when I clipped it.
