Strange people

Why do people PM you and say their going to buy something, only to disappear after being on line 20 minutes after the Initial PM.  ???

I have sent a couple o messages out and get no response so I just am thinking they have sold whatever I inquired about.

I guess I was trying to say, communication is key. It's funny, sometimes people list a item, and then immediately go off line. I'm a little OCD so I get a buzz on my phone when new stuff is listed. Of course I look as soon as possible. I think I'm to obsessed about mission' out on a unicorn.
