Genesis The Project

Post by riplaytime »

I went back and forth on getting these. The reviews were pretty good. My fear was this is just another CI hype cigar. I was foolish and jumped on the Ave Maria cigars and I would rather smoke a curly head.

I saw a good deal and got a box of robusto and a free 8-pack 2 of each size of the Genesis The Project cigars for $79.95. I fired up a robusto today. This thing was very oily and construction was very good. The cap although looked like a 3 yr old put it on.

I found this cigar to have a great draw and a nice sweetness in the background. Some people seem to be able to tell if a cigar will age well or not something I have no clue about. If these age well I will be very happy.

For a cigar that I purchased for under $3 I am more than pleased. Some reviews said this was a poor man Liga I didn't find that but it was a very good cigar. I was curious about other peoples here opinion on these. Did you like them and which size have you found the best if you have tried different ones?

I just received some.  Once they rest a few days I will light up and comment as well.

I got five of these free when I ordered a new Herfidor.  I didn't think they were that great, but now Im going to have to spark one up!  Keep an eye on cbid, they are giving them away as freebies with some purchases.

I like these, just split a box with a friend. I'd buy them again.

Not sure what you mean by that.  He was on here lurking as recent as yesterday.
