They told me they only got 1 box in that was already backorder... and have 80 more back orders and don't know if they will get any more :tears:

Sorry you got your hopes up, but I could tell that this was not going to go anywhere. How could they possibly try and take backorders on 5ers for several days or promise to get another shipment when most retailers just got 1-2 boxes?

This was a nice gesture on the OP's part, but ultimately it was just a clueless retailer's empty words - won't be the first time this has happened nor will it be the last.

Smoked one yesterday. Damn, it was so good. I think I ruined my taste. I smoked lp no.9 and I found myself comparing it to the unnamed, smoked a CAO lx2 and. Thought the same boring feeling. Both of these cigars are tops in my book. I think I'm becoming a snob.

Me too! I'm hoping they are able to help out at least a few people out who back ordered with them. I'm curious to see if they'll follow through.

I just emailed them for a status update. I got my order in pretty quick after this went up so I'm hoping it will get filled.

I got my order in pretty quick after this was posted as well, and my order showed as "in stock", but that turned out not to be the case, so I cancelled as well. The did convince the gal there to give me free shipping on a different order as a consolation, so there was a silver lining.

Usually if a retailer is taking orders for an item they are expecting they will not charge your account but just keep it in a que type status. This wasn't the case here , so I'm a bit curious to see if any of these land somewhere. I inquired with them today for some info.

I ordered literally a minute after the post went up. Called them to find out about it, lady said, sorry we're sold out. I said, ok, gimme my money back then. She acted like I was askin' for a freebie.
