Arturo Fuente's MSRPs are far lower than the industry standards.  There isn't much play if you operate in a high tobacco tax state and add in the local taxes and try to sell for MSRP.  In states like New York you would probably be losing money if you did this.  Just saying.

Why was there no huge call out about that kind of price per stick when they had these at the fuent event at holts?  Werent they over 20 a stick then?  Regardless, its a buyers market, if they didnt sell at his price he would have marked them down and eventually they would have sold..

They were $20 or $22 at Holts, and then add 9% Philly blood money tax on top of that!

I am not sure about this year, but last year the msrp was $13.50.  That is what Holts was charging and other vendors.

I like facts.
I buy from Rahul, think he is a great guy and have no problem with what he is charging, but I think $18 per is high as I have paid less lately. Rahul is my go to Fuente shop due to his pricing. Again I would have been HAPPY to pay 18 in September before buying um "a few" at $22 The price at the last fuente events were $20 plus tax bringing out the door price to $22 a stick trust me on this I bought "a couple" .  :angl:

Now that was single/bundle price at the event. (No box). Then this time last year at this time the boxes came out at Holt's for $13.50 per stick in 13ct boxes, same this year. Didn't make me all to happy either year because just 2 months prior I maid the said $20 per.

Now as far as MSRP of $13.50 vs 18, Ibelieve it to be $13.50 as I have bought 4 boxes at 13.50 this week and none were at Holt's or Famous.

Again just stating facts
