All good. I'd check your MSRP though. They are $13.50. I beleive the $18 price being thrown around is Casa's price.
I could be mistaken.

Thanks.

Really? You think Fuente would sell one of it's hardest to find cigars for $13.50?

MSRP is $18.00

And Rahul is the shit.

There's a ton of guys you can fairly call out here but Rahul's not one of them IMO.
^^Truth to that.  I've made 4 buys from Rahul in the past 6 months, and all have been right in-line or below FMV price on HTF cigars.  And even when we had an unforeseen hiccup on a deal, Rahul has stepped up quickly to make the deal MORE than fair to rectify the issue. Rahul is first class in my book!

That's good...he's fine.

He said that's what he paid...ok.

Where are you finding MSRP?

Why would other vendors be getting them at lower prices?

As for Fuente selling these ar a low price...remember the MSRP on 858's?

I don't mind killing this thread and making one about the MSRP  as my original question was answered.

I am located in MD (15% OTP tax.) When taking this tax into consideration the prices comes to $20.70 a stick. I am selling these for $19.23 a stick ($250 for the box of 13.)
Incorrect.

MD has 15% OTP on wholesale price, which is not the same as tax on retail price like  you are saying.  Not a huge difference but you are claiming it on the retail price and a questionable one at that.  Unless I saw that invoice, I have a hard time believing that $18 price too.  Quoting a website from a year ago based on casa prices when they were much more limited just seems like you were trying to skew the numbers in your favor.

The whole statement about low prices on HTF is also wrong, as nearly every HTF they've offered has been at MSRP or slightly above.  With that said, these guys are still reputable, just don't take their word as gospel and think they are doing anyone any favors selling at those prices when they are a retailer.

They are invoiced at $97 before excise taxes.

$15.00 a pop in Massachusetts. We have 30% excise tax of wholesale price.

This thread is a joke, right ???

I can call an army of people in about 5min who will back Rahul, his prices and his operation. 1st class from A to Z. Calling him out in the BattleZone is a disgrace.

PS. Rahul's name is already known in the industry (manufacturing side) for pushing tons of product with little markup. In fact, some B&Ms are beginning to "complain" about Rahul's prices. All of that is a FACT !

A quick search shows that the only place with a lower price than Rahul is Famous (who is out of stock).

I can't comment on MSRP as I don't know it nor am I interested in purchasing this cigar. I can say that the purchases Ive made from him have been at or below MSRP and that he has shipped quickly and had great communication.

If we're going to start calling people out for marking sticks up $4.50 each there's a long list ahead of Rahul we need to start with. Understand I'm not saying he is marking them up in anyway shape or form. It just seems odd that a suspected $4.50 mark up would rate a BZ thread or at least the continuation of it after the question in regards to a Fuente account has been answered.

Add me to the list of customer's that say Rahul is the fucking man.

If he wanted to make some extra cash on some HTF fuente's, I could care less. His deals are awesome, his pricing excellent, and service is the best. Guys like him are rare in this industry.

Thank you Rahul for the deals we have done, keep doing what you're doing and pay no mind to this thread.
