For as long as I can remember...whenever shipping cigars ALWAYS USE USPS Priority Service and Delivery Confirmation...it's a given.

Besides it allows both parties to have peace of mind. :mail:

Where is live the post office is small and after shipping from the USPS, not one of the DC has even shown up at any time. I ship UPS everyday and have the tracking numbers instantly from the software and the tracking is real-time! The only way that the USPS work somewhat is by using Click-n-Ship. Dave

The responsibility falls upon the seller.  It is good for both seller and buyer but purchasing a DC is an action that only the seller can take.  Therefore the responsibility is his.
