Sure. I'd really like to sell the 10 Montecristo D 2005's. From what I've been reading and been told they are worth $200 or so.

If anyone wants to check up on me and my reputation as an honest trader head on over to Cbid. I do A LOT of trading there.

Okay, now I'm a little confused.  Original post states you are "looking to sell to a friend" and want to be fair in pricing this sampler...good so far.  Next you are discussing selling of the Monte D, closely followed by your references.

So what's going on here?  Are you selling these to a friend or are they open to anyone as sort of a best price kinda deal?  If you're trying to sell, why not post in the TSBC and state a price.

As far as pricing goes, I'm guessing you purchased these at some point in the past and know what your purchase price was, and that's a least a place to start.  How long have you held on to these?  Just trying to understand here.

Maybe it's just his being new here, but something's starting to smell.

Wow you guys are paranoid. I did sell a lot of those cigars to a friend but he couldn't afford the $200 for the box of Monte's and I really need the cash so I still want to sell them. That's all. NO guys in cloaks with hidden daggers.

Can you not see how coming on here and stating you are trying to price these cigars to sell to a friend and then suddenly trying to sell them out of the public eye through PMs might raise a few eyebrows?

Maybe it's because you were f'ning GIVEN those sticks by a very generous BOTL elsewhere?    :o

Maybe that's the reason you don't just post a TSBC like everyone else.  You'd prefer you Cbid buddies to not see it in the open.
