Take it offensively if you want.  It wasn't meant to be offensive.  Just letting you know that asking me to ask DD why he did it doesn't make sense.  Obviously he would have told you if he wanted to.  I didn't ask him why and doesn't matter to me why.  His intent was to inform people here of a potential trading issue.

Are you DD?
Thanks Wade for making it all possible here!

Maybe I am DD. One never knows in this Spy vs Spy world we live in. Is it possible to have Diplomatic immunity around here? What if Wade found it necessary to play around here under an alias? Would he ban himself? I am sure DD had his reasons for doing what he felt he "had" to do to expose a thief. But whatever those reasons are he will never be able to express them under his "DD" signature. Or may he?  Hey Wade why don't you put it up to a vote like a regular good old Democracy would. Or how about a signed petition delivered to you personally? How many signatures would be enough to allow DD back on here? Or am I just "pissing in the wind?" If I am then that's fine, I needed a shower anyway! Everyone have a nice day. And more importantly play fair. Adios!

This is not a democracy, it is Wades sandbox and he lets us play here under his rules. We need to abide by them if we want to stay.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy ****...what a ride!"

Northcote is DD. Who gives a rats ass. He is banned, leave it at that. Life goes on. Worry about yourselves, follow the rules, and enjoy your stay. If his ban really upsets you, maybe it is time to reevaluate what's important to you in life. This is the Internet, step away from the keyboard and get some fresh air once in a while.

Rules are made to be broken. How else would we know if they are rules?  :finger:

You are correct, he broke the rules, now he's banned.

I guarantee you everyone on this forum has broke some law or rule during their life and the consequence was not permanent. In the real world (not cyberspace) everyone gets a second chance. Hey Wade - Is DD's ban permanent or will it be lifted after a certain amount of time?
