Smelvis, your reading comprehension seems to be on par with your written communication skills.

Lighten up, smelvis!
My point was just that you went on the attack towards catfishbluezz with the thought that he was dissing the soldiers when, in fact, he started this whole thread in support of soldiers because his pal, a soldier, had been plagiarized.
Let's get back to the real issue at hand, this being that thecigarnut has been called out for being a lying, thieving scumbag!

[/quote]In his post, he said the OP, which would be me, quoted something that was not on his site. Why then would he say he changed it in this convo with the admin of the lounge....

Combat Cigar Lounge Admin:
Thanks for posting on the Combat Cigar Lounge (CCL), but it would be better to give credit of the reviews you post are not 100% yours. The CCL has members from all over, from cigar industry to regular cigar smoker. So please be careful what you post. Thanks
Cigar Nuts response:
Not sure what your meaning, the reviews are 100% written, photographed and uploaded by myself without any financial/social support. If you would rather I refrain from posting my reviews on CCL, I can def do this, just please let me know. Thank you, Semper Fi David
My response (with link to my original review):
David, you can insist that it's your work if you want, but the fact remains that you took from my review from 2011 and called it your own.
Cigar Nuts response:
Pardon you Steve - but prior to this conversation I didn't even know you existed. I still do and will continue to insist that the review is 100% my work. Your pictures are completely different, your format and context are different ( your review is 312 words, mine is over 700 words ). I find it extremely offensive and ignorant on your part to make such unfounded and obviously incorrect accusation. I thought being a former combat marine who is also into cigars I might have found a few friends in CCL, but thank you Steve - you have shown me the errors in my logic. I hope you don't treat all new members with this level of disrespect. Semper Fi David
Followed by this:
BTW - I changed the less than 2 sentences you said I plagiarized...
And this:
Just wanted to thank you for the increase in traffic to my site - your posts on the forums have driven my numbers up ( almost 900 people yesterday! ). I almost thought about sending you some cigars, but with you stomping your feet and crying so much I figured they'd get damaged. Semper Fi David
And my final response before I blocked him:
Pretty sad when your self-esteem is driven by numbers. Good for you.
So I have no idea where he's getting his conversations from.

Caught in another lie, way to go Cigarnut.
And yes Jim, I am a huge supporter of the troops. Locally, I have helped raise over 150k in charity events for Operation Interdependance over the past 5 years. I work with our local radio stations, and use my connections in the music industry to get signed guitars we raffle for funds to send overseas. This last year, and this year, I started getting involved in troop bombs and am organizing my first publicized cigar event in conjunction with my local B&M. Last month I got wind of what Steve was doing in Kuwait and figured I would help as he juggles his service to our country, with sharing the joy of cigars. I'd imagine writing reviews helps pass the time overseas for these guys, so I got their back.

You really need to settle down, Smelvis. I don't care to speculate on the size of anybody's penis here, but you obviously have some self-worth/ esteem issues you need to work on. You get emotionally fractured way too easily, and continually feel the need to boost yourself by touting your own contributions. Not every thread is about how much people contribute to soldiers, or how everyone is out to get you. Personally, I tend to just say what I mean, when I mean it. I don't set out to directly offend you or anyone else, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna tip-toe around a cigar forum hoping I don't hurt a grown man's precious feelings. Just man the fuck up and take what you dish, with all due respect.
