This box arrived yesterday from a trusted vendor by many. On the road for appox 12 days. I spent a pretty penny. I trust the vendor will make good as we have a longtime relationship with no issues.
I was really excited about these cigars. I have never recieved cigars in this conditon and can only speculate as to what caused this.
What do you think caused this? ???....REVISEd LINK>>>

Just cancel sign in and click on pic then scroll at least it works for me. Sorry dude they are bad, several issues I am the new guy but to much movement is one issue, I would guess the other to be High humidity and then a quick hot dry fry or some such thing.
Just guess's I have never seen that the dusting is it plume? I'll wait for others with more Cuban experience.

I had a box arrive like that with most of the sticks busted. After that I request for my boxes to be open and inspected and to add padding as needed.

Re: New arrival. What caused the meltdown/damage to these cigars.?
I had couple of P2 boxes show up like that....they were on the bottom of the shipping box they came in. My guess is they throw boxes around during shipment and they get jarred, cracked....busted up. My vendor made it right....cost me additional $40 bucks to ship it back but hey it could've been worse!
Thanks Wade for making it all possible here!

I believe pic 5/24 and 9/24 tell the story.
In 5/24, you can see the tips are actually pushed flat on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th cigar. In pic 9/24, the band actually slid back up under the tobacco.
This box must have got in a spot with the tips down, and constant movement put a pounding on the tips. If the cigars were a little dry, then they will crack even easier.
