I'll buy a full box of recent production for ~$40 less and let them sit.

This one is the trifecta of "stay away."  Sketchy seller...24/25 box (which isn't always an issue, but cause for concern)...'01 date.

Too much work to monitor and police all the scammers and thiefs in the world today... just do some homework on the seller before you buy and you will be safe.
