I am converting a 190 bottle wine cellar, and was just wondering what hygrometers to use... There are a lot of options... Reliability, and accuracy are obviously important...
I see there are wireless hygrometers out there which would be cool, as the cellar has no glass door...
Thoughts?

I agree..I have 3 of those Calibers, and they are good on batteries, and never need calibrating. I check the readings on mine about every year, and they are always dead on. For $20-25 each, they are a great deal.

have 2 calibers also, they cant be beat. I even had a couple xikars and could not get them to calibrate correctly, the calibers you just pop the battery in and they are good to go

Re: Best hygrometer?
I've had good luck with the $9 ones from Wal-Mart. They can't be calibrated but with salt-testing them and occasionally grouping them together in one of my coolers to compare readings two are still dead on and the other is consistently one point high. Pretty solid performance so far.
