No douchebaggery of the highest order is throwing a guy under the bus. Only to be proven WRONG. You received what was stated, Never apologise and throw him under the bus again.

Guys sorry wish I would have seen this thread earlier. These guys have 3 stores and are great to deal with. I buy smokes from them all the time. I will drive down there to get some good deals.
Why pay $100 on a therapy session when you can spend $25 on a cigar? Whatever it is will come back; so what, smoke another one.

I've never said this before, and likely never again, but I think your right, FG.

Don't see how doing some due diligence by asking a few simple questions is throwing someone under the bus but to each his own.  Pete did come back on this thread with his positive experience.  Looks like he may have given some OLH cred if anything.

IMO I'm not really meaning the thread in itself.  More the last comment or so he made...

Sorry to hear that. That's douchebaggery of the highest order.

Can't comment on this guy in particular, but I've purchased Padrons for 30% off several times.

Compared to other PAMs, I think the 85 is a dud and surprised SOMEONE isn't giving them away.
Just saying. The drop starting after the 45 has been precipitous.

FWIW, I think CA gave the Padron Family Reserve 85th a 91 or 92 this month... but then again, look at some of the cigars that they rate pretty high.  Their rating system seems to be solely based on ad-space purchased for that month.
