Which part of this is super funny?  I think these are definitely one of the best Pepin's ever made, and so do a whole lot of others.  They've aged amazingly well.

The Special S is an event stick and supposedly the same blend.

I found a box for MSRP a few weeks ago.  Traded most of them to the guys in the Cbid forums.  Just had to share them.  Hoping to find another box for ME!  :cal:

Fair price too :). I remember reading that this blend was a "personal" blend for DPG that they decided to release. Kind of like the LP9 and Steve Saka at DE.

The Special S is a great cigar.  I had the OR Centurian, but not the beli.  Very good cigar too.

Not sure if I like it better than the My Father Le Bijou or OR My Father.  But you could argue its the best DPG Label cigar ever made, sure.

Really, I didn't like the special S at all... to me it was ashy garbage.  I smoked 1 of the 3 I had and sold the other 2... for being a special event only cigar, I didn't think it was too special.  Then again, alot of event only sticks have left me disappointed.
