Found myself in Wilmington on business, and I always like to visit the local B&Ms.  Sikar Lounge looks like the only game in town.

Good selection of smokes, well maintained, and fair prices.  They have some nice leather seats so you can sit down and puff on your purchase.  Only non-alcoholic drinks.

Been there several times. Non alcoholic drinks only? Since when? ;D Great atmosphere especially when the yoga pant crowd is in full swing.
