I have been asked by a friend to value a box of Montecristo D LE 2005 that will have to be replaced.
I don't see these come up too often and I've never smoked one.
Please let me know your thoughts on value, taste, and quality.

One of the vendors that I typically use for pricing has them in stock and they want $610 per box right now... I have never smoked one so I can't be of any further help.

Fantastic cigar in one of my favorite vitolas. They can be had for about half the price mentioned above ;-)

I've had 3 that I remember. When they draw- they're on. 2 needed some assistance, and they were worth the work.
