Second, my language doesn't have anything to do with this.

I had every intent to make that a bombproof package.

I had a hundred people happy with the way things were packaged?

I can do better packaging the next cigars, but morals are harder to fix. Good luck with that.

Before you play the dog pile card on me I am only reponding because of your responses.
You language does come into play.  You claim you are no kid, but act like one.  It also shows how self defensive you are.  Appears that you are mad this was exposed.  Usually starting out with I am sorry in place of fuck you usually starts out better.

I would love for some of the people you claim are happy with your packaging to come forward, other than just your claims of such.  Were any of these cabs that were shipped the same way?

I would hope you do better the next time for any people who still trust you to ship properly.  As far as morals you may want to take a look in that mirror when you point the finger.

Were any of the cigars damaged?? or are you just being a bunch of whine ass bitches? As for Ravi, he throws the shit in a bag and ships it. Whats the big deal.. This site is, the Jerry's kids of the cigar world. Some of you rejects really need to get a life.

Last order I got from Ravi was bubble wrapped and in bag.  Rest of the vendors I use seal and use a humipak.  We are also talking about a complete box of cigars.  There is no room for movement in the box. With only 1/2 a cab the cigars are going to bounce all over the fucking place.  Sorry, but stuffing bunches of paper in the box to "hold" them in place just doesn't cut it.

And yes, some cigars were damaged.  But why am I not shocked you didn't do any reading.

It doesnt matter if you have "hundreds" of shipments people were happy with.  It's only about this shipment and unless the pictures were horribly inaccurate it looks like you didn't package this one well enough.  So the damaged cigars should be taken care of, depending on what the buyer wants to do with them, and lesson learned.

Better packaging next time, it's really not a hard concept.  Spend a little extra money on shipping supplies and in the long run they will pay for themselves.

The question I keep asking myself is who sends a box of cigars with no lid on it, with news paper and paper towels shoved in the box? I don't care if you have 5000 positive sales. Does it make sending a box of cigars like that acceptable? If I were invest I would send the box back and ask for a refund. JB seems to be willing to make things right. Put this to bed and that is that. JB fucked up. Lesson learned.

JB

just to clarify, you did send the cigars as documented in the photos?  And, you think that is a good way to ship cigars?

These answers will certainly shed some light on the matter.
