I have met Joel on one or two occaisions, and he is a good guy, and I look forward to having a smoke with him again someday.

The constant bickering about politics at CF is pretty childish though. Starting threads that are destined to be pulled, and then complaining when they are is ridiculous. How hard is it to not post about 2 subjects? I'd rather read a post with the eMail you got about a nigerian banker wanting to give you money than another political thread.

Not singling Joel out in that comment, as there are many who pull the same shit...it just gets old.

The last time I had dinner with Joel, I gave him a "Bush 2004" official campaign pin and he placed it on his jacket and he wore it all night, even at his office the next day. So there is some hope for Joel! :bangin: lol

I will add to Harris comments on CF that besides moderators, there are many FTC's by members on political threads that cause the threads to be deleted at even faster rate. Some cfr's get pissed off at those threads as well, so there is no uniform response time procedure. Other threads are almost political and survive the limbo grey area, particularly if there is no FTC.

Do you get it Joel? lol
