To Newbies,
PLEASE if you have any questions regarding a potential purchase email the seller and ask questions. There are no stupid questions. You are considering spending your hard earned money and as a seller we want you to be satisfied, and hopefully, possibly, feel comfortable enough to purchase from the same seller again.
Any legit seller will be happy to provide details, pictures, explanations, etc. If you have any doubts please do not move forward with the transaction.
I have had two trades go sideways after the buyer has received my package. In both instances the buyers had very, very legitimate questions that could have been cleared up before the transaction was ever completed.
Please do not wait until receiving your package to begin the "question train". I, as a seller, really want you to be happy but I will not support buyer's remorse or "buy and try and return" or whatever if you haven't done your homework. If you're coming back to a seller on a transaction please make a substantial case with solid facts. Any legit seller will take care of you and make you whole if he/she was in the wrong.
Rant over,
Thanks
a
P.S. And while I'm at it if you are new to open forums grow some damn thick skin. I'm a little tired of the "everybody wins a trophy" generation.

Excellent post!
I would add this:
Please respond to PMs, always. Even if it's just "sorry, sold." And if you say you'll "let you know" about a decision, please get back to them.

Re: Open request to newbies
It works both ways. I sent a guy 13 pics of a Box of BHKs from a LCDH and he shot-gunned me with questions about Grey market versus LCDH, etc, so on and so forth. Says he wants them. Issue with **, friend helping him out, credit card issue, then ZAP. Like he was never there.
My bad in the end. Not one TC. Granted, he was going to send first, but I should have just said, get back to me when you find your wallet and know what you want.
I ALWAYS write back if something is sold as a seller or have gone in another direction as buyer.
