Same reasons I said previous.  But if bans just don't happen, then thats fine.  But to me, banning this person makes total sense.

As it was mentioned in another BZ thread... he is already on the scumbaglist for selling fakes to someone over at CF.  His handle at the time of those transactions was "Cubalover"... not much difference in the new handle.
