And he's including the ultra-rare Queen B and King T!

What? You don't like the King T??
Those last two were thrown in as freebies (I prob should've noted that)
Got an issue with pricing? Throw me a PM and I'm open to all suggestions. I worked at trying to come up with a price that was fair. It's really not easy, especially when trying to price opus. Was it high? Some might say yes, others say no. I'm also a NYer and bought some of these in state, so yeah...tobacco tax is an ass licker.
I'm open to suggestions...

I think your freebies are nice add ons. Not sure if I met a Fuente I didn't like.
You are selling a couple ultra rare cigars. They are almost like collector item. I don't know if I would smoke it. For example, if I had a big glass display humi in a cigar room, i'd love to have some of those just to show off, maybe smoke on an extremely special occasion.
I honestly don't think your price is high given the set and what these things sell for, just a hard set to move. Very unique, very rare, some might not even want to smoke them.
Kinda like Pawn Stars. Sometimes they don't buy stuff just because its too rare and the prices are all over the map.

I think sometimes rarity can a double edged sword...especially here. For example, I see the old Fuente Cigar Family Charity boxes (22 individual coffins) sell for 700-900 on occasion (2008 and older). I think thats because that box includes the ultra rare, and expensive sticks, along with a few of the normal releases, plus all the documentation, each stick in their own coffin and a case to keep the coffins in (takes up a huge amount of room in any cabinet humidor too). By no means is that collection worth that price (IMHO), but people are willing to pay it, because its a complete collectors item and it can be resold as a collectors item. Removing a few of the rare sticks from the collectors case, may lessen the market value slightly.
I don't know if thats the case here, but Opus X are great cigars... I have not sampled some of the rarities offered here, but I do have a couple of them. However, its hard for me to put a value of $75 on many cigars and I know some of the OPus sell for that regularly, like the BBMF. I would rather have 5 nice aged CCs for that 1 Opus stick, but thats just me. I felt the Cohiba BHK54 was grossly overpriced too....but I am giving it a fair shake and letting the other 9 rest for a few years before I start re-evaluating them.

Smoke one in three years and then see what you think. I know I'm giving them at least five years before I crack open any of the 15 boxes I've got. I'm planning to smoke one box of each size in five years and go from there. I think in 5-7 years the BHK's will be in their prime. I could be wrong, but only time will tell.

The whole time I was smoking the 54... I was thinking, how can this be the #1 cigar of the year (as rated by CA). It was good, but not as complex and dynamic as the CA guys made it sound. I don't think my pallet is shot either. I just didn't see those flavors develop as much as the CA guys had. Plus, some other reviews have been really good or mediocre at best, so kind of all over the map. My opinion was that I thought the BHK was a great $15 stick right now, but not a great stick at the $40 (or higher) price point. These should already have 5 years of age on them from the Cohiba factory, so in 5-7 more years they will be 10-12 years old. I, unfortunately, have not been blessed with 15 boxes, but the 1 box of each size that I do have will be resting for quite awhile until I crack them open for another trial.

Re: Deal of the week!
Thanks guys for all the input.
I feel like putting an add in the paper like Kramer..."interesting trades considered".
Remember music stores? I mean actual music stores? We used to have this place on Long Island where I could go in with a bunch of CDs I didn't want anymore, get store credit and by a couple of CDs that I did want. Why don't cigar stores do that? lol

You have some great smokes there, why don't you want them anymore ?? I may have a slightly different mindset than alot of people here...and I smoke about 99% of what I buy and rarely sell anything. If you were to trade them, what are you looking for in trade ? Maybe some people here would be able to come up with a valid trade for you and alot of people love and smoke Opus regularly....some people here have vast collections and plenty of trading power.

I much prefer the smaller ringed ones and am keeping those for myself for the most part.
Just got engaged and we're moving this weekend. I don't have the room for these since they just sit locked away in a humi. Selling them cuz the cash wouldn't hurt, but I'm thinking a trade could be in order. Anybody got a spare box of Tat Black PL's lying around? lol

Thanks! It's exciting.
My favorite shop was Music Den in Port Jeff Station. It closed years ago, but I loved that joint. Had the best selection of music I was into at the time. Also loved None of the Above in Centereach.
