Ashton Humidification Unit

Post by Knuck42 »

Was reading in the latest Holts' catalogue that the Ashton Humidification Unit will humidify cigars with either distilled or non-distiled water.  Have never heard of such a thing.  Does anyone know anything about this and on what principles it works?

I would not chance using it with tap water. with as much chlorine and other chemicals that are in tap water I don't even drink it let alone humidfy my cigars with it.

'I don't even drink it let alone humidfy my cigars with it.'

That's what I'm talkin' about.  Why would anybody let tap water near their cigars?  And why would Holts carry such a product?
