Ok...what was missed is the "or" in my question.

There's not only the fiasco wit TL...there's also the crap about Pembroke and Brian29 and a few others who have taken the money and RAN!

The part that was missed is as imporant as the first...it involved non-cuban cigars and valued in the thousands!

As for the title of the thread, there a folks that just don't have it or at least use it well.
I've been known to not have it at times...though I try to remember it the second go 'round!

No I am not, and I don't expect any sane person to do so.

Adult people should be responsible for their actions. TL situation was written scam all over it from the very beginning. I personally PM TL asking him where he get his cigars from, and the story he gave me (and gave everyone) didn't make any sense, and I walked away. That was when I joined the forum

People should do their due diligence, don't be blind by greed, and when something goes wrong, hold themselves accountable.

If some common sense is used, none of this drama would be here.

Did you post about it when you found out?
Are you saying you shouldn't have to, because after you walked away from it it's not longer your concern?

Unless I come to a conclusion based on facts, I will not post negative things about anyone. I never had nor seen TL cigars, so I couldn't for sure say they are fake.

my point was if you didnt buy from him why not?  hopefully because you had enough common sense to hear his shill and realize that it couldnt possibly be true and walk away.  my common sense serves me well.  when it speaks to me i listen.
i cannot and willnot depend on another to attemt to protect me from myself.  if i rush foolishly into a "too good to be true deal" and it ends up being a scam i then have no one to blame but myself.  i can take care of myself. always have and always will.

Yes, I know that now based on your finding..thank you.

Few months ago when I joined the forum, I didn't have this information, and I was guided by my common sense only.

WTF do you know?  How dare you butt into anyone else's private business.  They can make up their own minds as to whether they want to buy the cigars or not.
