I'll leave it up to the person he traded with to give the exact details, but he used the name and address of a sex offender who lives around 10 miles from the addy he usually uses.

That is kind of like when my ex-wife would say that I [u]always[/u] disagreed with her, no only when we didn't agree.  

The point is that when you are on the internet and you get a "funky situation" it usually is complex.  The web offers anonymity, when someone is taking advantage of that feature for some kind of deception, and the veil gets pierced, then there is always funkiness and drama to follow.  There are over 2500 members on this site, and over 400 threads in the TSBC that have been posted on in the last 30 days (I do maintenance and delete all threads over 30 days old the first of every month)

We've surely had more drama in the last few weeks than in the past 4 yrs, it will pass.  Do yo need to be careful?  Sure, but I wouldn't get to worried about it.

The anonymity that the Internet provides makes duplicity all too commonplace these days.  IMO that is reason enough to worry. Additionally, a healthy dose of common sense mixed with an ample helping of caution is of paramount importance.

Well, this has been interesting.

Wade and the ppl who KNOW me or have dealt with me are the ones who have made me feel honored and heard, largely because I ASKED to be brought back because I needed addresses. For instance, while someone (another [b]SHEEP)[/b]) went on about the supposed address and name of someone who lives close to my B&M. What wasn't mentioned is that they came into this info from a person who was sent a 10er of sticks from CCville that are over 8 years old [b]FIRST[/b]. He never told me how far he lived and now he won't send his end or answer my PMs. And I"M the bad guy. Yeah, ok.....

A good friend had written a PM and it had bounced back and he didn't break stride or make me feel bad, he just said, "shit Jack, I WISH I could get banned from a site I belonged to!"

All the people who thought I was a troll or mooch and never ONCE bothered to get to know me or pull me aside on another site have put more effort into finding out about me, including a guy who has three posts, all in threads about me. That said, it's hard to feel flattered by SHEEP.

Jack, not sure what you meant about the spelling contest, but yes, I was angry. I joined this site mostly to read, and still probably won't become a frequent poster; but when I saw what you did, as underhanded and shady as it was, I couldn't keep silent. I do respect the fact you fessed up once you knew you were caught; but if you're going to be "honest" just tell the whole story. Don't make up some half-assed story about how Jere and JFire made you do it. You're a grown man, and it's time for you to start acting like it. As for your trade, maybe I was out of line posting about it when it was with someone else who wants to stay out of this, but you know what you did wrong, and your misrepresentation here won't change anything.

Interesting that TGO feels that someone other than himself is to blame for why he gets banned.  And to go with it, some pretty childish name calling.  I could resort to that (can think of some female versions of Jack), but why do it?

Amazing that you still try to say that you created the rASSman account as a way to hide who you are so you could get back at Justin.  So, are you saying that you're a psychic??  You created that account (on May 30th) almost 2 weeks before you posted a comment to Justin (June 11th).  You posted two sales in your first four posts.  Doesn't look like that account was created to get back at Justin to me.

And you had publicly accepted Justin's apology...only to hide behind a mask and bash him?  Talk about classy!

The reason why you (as rASSman) sent sticks first, was because that account was brand new, and no one had seen that name before.  You even posted in the thread that you were PM'd about that and would gladly send first.  So don't try and make it look like it was some benevolent act on your part.  Not even going to bother with explaining what an APO is when it comes to shipping.  Hope that you packed em safely and that the majority of them weren't damaged in the long journey.

And why use the name and addy of someone else for that shipment?  Was it because the person getting the sticks from you was from BOTL, and you didn't want him to know, and subsequently call you out, for having two accounts?

I think that Justin saw right through you in the beginning...and he never should have apologized.
