?? Does the addition of the new section on Cuba mean there should be no CC trading??

CB, this is a cigar site and anyone in the US  who smokes cigars should know the rules.

I actually didn't know that the rule regarding returning from Cuba with up to $100 in Cuban goods now excludes cigars.  When I went, on a license, in 2003 the rule allowed you to bring them back.  I declared a box at customs and had no problems.

You guys are so funny. Wade posts an announcement at the top that says

In case you guys aren\'t reading the headlines , the rules sticky has been updated and I\'ve added a new sticky in the TSBC for you folks in the US. Please take the time to look at them.

In that section there are strict rules about Cuban products and cigar embargo.

And the Canadian asks what's up?

CB, the rules aren't new, and in the Pliocene version of this website I had links to the governments official position so that people understood.  It is pretty amazing how much bad info is out there.  That link is to the current policy in place since 2004.

Sorry for the confusion.
