Respect my authoritah!!
The OHPD credo:
To protect brothers of the leaf from gougers (and to label as gougers all who won't sell to me at their cost even though I won't order cigars for myself and rely on others to do it and expect to get it for free and it's okay if they get a letter just so long as I'm protected because ordering is risky.) Oh, and to be an awesome brother of the leaf.

There's a difference between calling into question the legitimacy of cigars being authentic vs. price policing.
Now, where are the pics of the Feb 10 box codes?

Re: Who is the biggest seller / thread / price police
Here's my take on 'Price Policing':
I've started a few threads in here, when I see NC's selling for way more than they should. Not because I'm an asshole, or because I have nothing better to do, but because I feel it's the right thing to do.
When I started out with cigars, I had no idea what certain sticks were worth, but knew which sticks I wanted to try. The B&M's near and around didn't have everything I wanted to try. I overpaid on a lot of sticks, later finding out I had been 'gouged' and also learned the definition of the word.
I don't want to see that happen to anyone on here. If I see something that's overpriced, or something trying to sell cigars with the wrong intentions, I will post in here for all to see. Call me the 'police', but I look at that as a compliment. I'm one of the guys on here looking after our members, so that they're not taken advantage of.
There are MANY great deals on here and MANY great sellers that have turned into even greater friends of mine.
The only people I can imagine getting upset with me over this, are the sellers. Anyone else (potential buyers) should be happy there are people like me on this site.
So with all that being said, I just have one question....where's my badge, bitch?! :rotf: :cop:

Here's my take on 'Price Policing':
I've started a few threads in here, when I see NC's selling for way more than I think they should. It's because I'm an asshole, and I have nothing better to do, but because I feel it's the asshole thing to do.
When I started out with cigars, I had no idea what certain sticks were worth, but knew which sticks I wanted to try. The B&M's near and around didn't have everything I wanted to try. I overpaid on a lot of sticks, later finding out that I failed to do my own research.
You're not smart enough to do your own research and only I can save you from yourself. If I see something that's overpriced, or something trying to sell cigars with the wrong intentions (because only I am smart enough to know the difference between right and wrong intentions), I will be an asshole and post in here for all to see. I'm one of the guys with nothing better to do on here looking after our members, so that they're not taken advantage of, because this was the Paul Blart oath I took to protect and serve.

Lol forgop, did this guy run over your dog or something? I guess if there are going to be Price Police, there may as well be Post Police as well. Please run all future posts/comments by forgop and cakebread before posting.
