Wade set up the BZ as a system of checks on traders, insight and others run the Scumbag list, people leave trader comments when they actually make trades with people and so on. No one, however, has charged RyJ Smoker with being the OH Batman, running roughshod over the rules when he sees something that violates his sense of justice.
