the label was not done online, I went to the PO and mailed it personally on my way to work. Now looking back, I wish I would have done it online, neither Paul or I would be having to deal with this right now.

I love how you talk as if you know for sure what I've done to get the box back. You know I've been there more than twice. If I was an online vendor, it'd be handled differently, but this was a private sale between two people. I still, even after your bullshit thread, don't feel obligated to refund you back all your money that I would completely be out of. If I personally felt this was MY fault, you'd have your money back, trust me. I work off principal, and if you want to be a asshole and try making me look bad because the PO lost your box, thats on you, but don't expect me to be nice about it. If there is a rule that I should have insured the box over $100 transactions, that's a different thing and it would be my fault.

What is exactly doing the right thing? Losing $320 of my own dollars because of a PO fuck up? Is this a rule on OH? I don't think so...

Yes you should. Sorry if I hurt your feelings and sorry if I don't like getting robbed.

Someone explain to me, why I would all of a sudden try to scam someone when I've done 30+ transactions on here alone. Especially with a well known member on here. My last intention was for it to end this way, and for Paul to know I've been trying my ass off to get it back, is ludacris. We've been going back and fourth for two months! I'm not a scum bag, nor would I try pulling a fast on a BOTL! Should I re-post your vulgar ass messages I got from you Paul?
[/quote]
Now I feel like I'm repeating myself, but yes I actually did go to the PO and try getting it. They told me they couldn't find the box, I sat there and waited for half an hour while a worker and a supervisor both searched it out. Now my fault a bunch of morons work at the PO. You act like I'm profiting off of this some how, which I find hilarious. Just like you tried saying in the first place, and after my response to it, you had nothing to say, because you know you were wrong for that message!

Its your responsibility as a seller to get the cigars you sold to the buyer.

I wouldn't be an asshole about it, if you weren't. The OH only knows what you're saying. Should I repost your messages? How about the ones where I tried making it right and fair, and you werent having it.
Cry me a river, Paul. I'm done playing these little kid games with you, put me on any list you want. Just because this one time is years I had an issue, doesn't make me too worried about your empty threats.

Ok, what was the error I made?

He didn't even want the cigars back to begin with, so I woulda' been stuck with cigars that were out of a humidor for two years. No Matter what I was getting screwed, and I don't feel it was my fault. I was going to refund him the money back the day I got them back, but I never was able to get them back.
So, I should refund $320 and be out of a box of cigars over a post office error? That doesn't sound very fair to me, either. Not my fault Paul wasn't having anyones way but his own.
