Add another vendor to the scumbag list?

I've got a friend who can more than likely put one on this list. Should he come here and list the vendors name?

IMO discretion is required until scumbaggery of this vendor is verified beyond any doubt. I would recommend that you contact Insight privately on CF or Cigar Pass and provide him with any information.
