Dave, sorry you had to go through this.  I can't believe someone would think they are owed money from someone who simply told them about a sale!?!

Regarding Avi / Xman selling for profit... it wasn't hard to figure this out.  He started posting on CF a year and half ago and I kinda called him out right away.  I don't want to look through those posts, but he was telling people how he came back home after some years and was selling off his last remaining stock that was sitting in his humidors for 5-6 years.  Then shortly after those sales were done, all of a sudden a ton of current stock sales were popping up one after another.  I even asked him if he worked/owned at a B&M and was selling the stores' inventory.

Anyway, I stayed clear from him for this reason... I didn't know how he was doing it, but definitely knew he was turning inventory somehow.
