That isn't how it works!  Do you not get the gravity of what went on here?  You basically fraudulently cashed a check and were it not for the actions of the bank you would have succeeded.  I don't give a shit if you and Dave are enemies now or if you decide to go on a romantic cruise together, once this stuff is in the open the resolution you two come to no longer matters.  You should really understand that what you did was so inappropriate it could land you on the list right next to parafumar.  I don't know if you just don't register that it was the wrong thing to do or what.  Additionally I would really like to hear some answers as to this drop shipping from holts business.  Are you seriously buying Opus A's from Holts and selling themon OLH and CP for a $10 a stick hike the next day? 

I really hope people are paying attention to this because it serves a lesson.  When you start calling fror heads to roll you better be damn sure you are ready to be under the same scrutiny as those you are accusing.

Ive never been thru an issue like this check thing. I used poor judgement.
I have some Opus A`s, not from Holts, i was going to keep them.
i paid 30.00, i think i asked 31.00 yesterday or 2 days ago. Here.
Initially it was 35.00 at CP.
9:42am dec. 20, posted here coffins for 31.00.
Again, I was upset and used poor judgement with the check issue.

Yeah... but you were using "poor judgment" by telling him you still want half of the money that he doesn't owe you, using more "poor judgment" by asking he remove his negative feedback, and threatening further "poor judgment" by telling him you are gonna leave him negative feedback.

Poor judgement was expecting a brother to cover your losses on a bad deal with a third party...  Cashing the check he sent you in good faith was stealing.

But hey, that's just my two cents.
