On a different note, USPS managed to lose a valuable package AFTER it made it out of customs a few weeks ago for me.

Yeah, that was bad.  But it was isolated to Chicago.  The boxes were flowing through Jamaica NY no problem.  These days it seems like it all 4 major points of entry are getting insanely high rates of seizures.

I ordered a box from COH about two weeks ago and it hasn't shipped.... I hope they send it.

Let's hear more about these cake pans
[/quote]

There was a vendor back in the day that used the ship boxes and cigars separately.  Instead of no-name boxes like El Dentes, they just packed them into aluminum cake/lasagna pans.    It was pretty stupid as disposable aluminum pans aren't really that sturdy and they probably looked funny going through x-ray.

Interesting shipping method lol.

I'm still pending my order from COH, it just shows as pending on their website.  I wonder if they are planning to send it once things settle down.  I hope they don't cancel.

I'm eyeing some non-cubans from the EU, but my order is looking to break the $800 threshold for de-mininus tariff exclusion. I know they won't get confiscated with being new worlds, I just don't want to have to pay another $200 in duties on the sticks.
