I will...I mean he lives 10 minutes from my parents house.  I have his address.  I have no issue with having a face to face chat with him.  I was scouring the internet for info.  I was amazed at how long this guy has been doing this stuff.  The last one got ugly with people he stole from calling his wife at her work.  Those cats were not joking.

I would call her in a second if I had her number, why not, if it helps resolve the situation quicker in a professional manner, I think it is the right thing to do

Well, I was surprised at how many people had an issue with that method.  I mean the guy is a theif.  That is clear by his history.  He owes debt to those he has stolen from.  I won't take this personally but I will collect the debt owed me.  I will move through this as if I am collecting on a debt.  I have sent him a PM and this can be resolved without any discomfort.  Hopefully, he chooses that route.

I agree with you

Sad thing is I had 5 positive transactions with him in the past with no problems....I think he is in financial trouble and his last resort is to deny these credit card transactions as a means to not pay his credit card bill

The only thing saving my ass is I have the USPS tracking # to confirm packages delivered to him, good note to all of you shipping stuff, save your tracking information for future issues with anybody you do business with

He can validate it however he wishes.  I am confident all parties here will be reimbursed.  I just wonder how much discomfort he wants before he does the right thing.

Thanks for the updates, Shawn.  Unfortunately I have no DC# for the one transaction we had.  I've submitted information to paypal that could get both of our accounts shut down.  It's up to him to get this resolved in time...

I'm in the same boat.  I sent the dc number from this mail system and I guess it doesn't keep them unless you request it.  So, I sent all information I could on the transaction.
