Wow, that fuggin sucks.  Keep us posted on the response from PE.  Why would they do that?  I guess it's easier than doing paperwork.  That's just mean.

I have herd of this in the past, but they had used a box cutter to slice each cigar! :'(

For all wondering… grand total is 6 totally destroyed by a box cutter, another 4 have some wear and tear, the balance are in good condition.

Puro has offered to refund me my $$, so kudos to them. I would’ve taken another box if they had one in stock. The customer service lady Cat was kind as could be.

And yes… I just ordered a pipe today… Stay tuned
