iHavanas accused of shipping fake Siglo IIIs

Over on r/cigar at reddit, a customer has accused iHavanas of shipping two(!) counterfeit Cohiba Siglo IIIs (that's two out of fifty shipped, if I'm reading it correctly.)  That thread is here:

Those bands are 10000% fake. Did you see the Taino head? But you do have to question if he actually got them from ihav or if it’s a smear campaign.

I am not sure my man. Was just looking at pics on my phone. While I have not ordered from Ihav of late I did from 2009-2021 quite often and really never had any concerns. My dealings with Bryan have always been pretty darn good. It’s certainly possible this is an issue.

I’ve also never had issues with ihav so I question if those fakes were actually shipped by them or not. But the Taino head doesn’t have a white border around it. They are definitely not real bands.
