Idk how that would work when none of us have tobacco licenses, aren't paying taxes, and are using payment and shipping methods that prohibit these types of goods. Idk though

I provided feedback based on my experience.  I cannot confirm a pattern of behavior as this was my only experience and he proactively worked to make it right. For that I'm thankful.  It seems others had more knowledge of the history and didn't leave that feedback, that would be helpful to know.
