Re: MK05 selling fakes
Im glad this certain situation I have raised awareness for 3 other people who bought the diplos. I have received some not so great messages about Marcs reputation from a couple of Facebook groups. Since I was not there when it happened I cannot confirm or Deny but it seems like this is not his first time selling questionable sticks.

Marc - was the box split from a reputable online vendor? An LCDH? A B&M overseas? Context matters here otherwise its just a case of fake cigars appearing out of thin air...

The context to the purchase would clear up alot in regards to the intentions of the seller. I know I've seen LGC MdO4 recently use some old bands, so it's not out of the norm that it would happen with diplos, but I must say in general the cigars themselves don't look great. Plus if Valley says they don't have the cuban smell then something is likely off.

Re: MK05 selling fakes
As noted earlier, Marc indeed has a tarnished reputation within the cigar community on Facebook, which is why he’s no longer an admin or even a member of any reputable group(s). This behavior isn’t out of character for him. Do your research, folks—scammers are going to scam.

Was also accused by many Chinese buyers in his own international auction group on FB for scamming them out of what some of them said was $1MM+…..

Re: MK05 selling fakes
I remember that. It's funny cause years ago on FB he stalked and harasses me. He would say I couldn't afford the stuff I had and it was fake. His own friends would defend me.
Years later he has messaged me here trying to sell me stuff.
Guess things aren't going his way. Idk why people can't just work and honest living. Why steal?

As in $1 million? If that is even half true, how would he not be in jail or something? That much money and with what I assume would be a lot of people, I am surprised no one took any kind of legal action.

I sure hope people are leaving appropriate feedback, especially if this is a pattern of behavior for this clown.
