Selling my entire collection, need some help.

Post by Ndill »

I am selling my entire cigar collection. I do not smoke anymore and could use to pay off some bills. I am looking to sell the lot as a whole. I have been out of cigars for a while and have no idea what to price it at. If I remember right you cannot do OBO on this forum. Is there anyone that can give me estimates if I email them pictures? Not sure how to start selling this amount of cigars.

List your collection here and elsewhere if you are looking for the highest value. Price your offering on the higher end. Create a competitive environment if you are looking to get the most for your collection. If you aren't sure of the value of your cigars the free market will confirm. It is possible one buyer may overpay for the simple convenience of making one deal versus many to add to his/her collection. Plenty of cigar smokers with no budget. It would be great for you to run across one of those individual's LOL.

Better to expose your collection to the market rather than negotiating offers from just a few. Noted that I am not answering the main question you asked here regarding value. Just offering some advice.

Good Luck.

Ditto, just post what ya have for sale in TSBC.  Otherwise, it looks tad clandestine.

But you don’t know prices, that’s what I’m looking to find out.

Bond Roberts has an advanced search feature that will let you search back all finished auctions by pretty much any filter you need. They are pretty close to the top of the market in price, so if you're thinking higher it's probably too high, or significantly lower is probably too low.
