Bourbon Rabbit Hole

I've always enjoyed a good bourbon and would have the usuals stocked up like EHT Small Batch, OWA, Blanton's, 4RSBS. But all of a sudden I am obsessing over bourbon.

Finding that I'm enjoying higher proof stuff like 1920, Rare Breed, ECBP, Larceny BP, Jack Daniels single barrel barrel proof, Redwood Empire Cask pipe dream, Makers 46 cask, RR sib picks, Pikesville Rye.....

So my question is- What is a must try that I haven't listed yet?
