What's your favorite Johnny O?
I have quite a lot from the EL line and I think I can say with confidence that the Ambar, Siglo 3 and TTT50th are my favorites. Honorable mentions to the WF 1966. Pretty hard to beat these cigars when you factor availability and price compared to HSA stuff. Bravo JO

I really enjoy everything from the EL line but my favorites are esplendido and sig6...ideales, grand churchill, and majestoso have all been home runs too

Has anyone tried his EL 55 Anniversario or the Sublime Extra?

Yes and Yes. If by EL 55 Anniversario you are referencing the "Ideales" I would say I prefer that one over the Sublime Extra...to me they are richer...Sublime Extra Ive only smoked two and while both very good they are not as rich as the Ideales...cant go wrong either way.

Agree- Ideales is better than sublime extra but that int a knock on the sublime extra. Just that Ideales is fantastic. Can't go wrong with either.

I’ve smoked about 50 SubX’s. They are an excellent cigars, with a ton of potential. Ive also smoked about 70 Ideales. I prefer the SubX, but I do love the Ideales. Both top notch cigars. To me they can be more rich than the Ideales, but I can see why you might say that. Both are great in their own right.
I’ve bought 4 bundles of BHK 56 to smoke this Summer and they have been excellent cigars. So rich and complex.
I’ve smoked over 100 Ambar. Also excellent, love that blend.
BHK 52’s have been outstanding honestly. I prefer large format cigars, but I love those 52’s, and they can last a long time as they are very well packed.
The 55th anniversary Limitada also a great cigar, but don’t see them for sale anymore. Strong and complex.
I’ve smoked thousands of Johnny's sticks from EL. You really can’t go wrong.
Ideally they should all be aged for years, but I like fresh cigars.
