Does anyone have anyone at Ihav I can speak with? I emailed their main line and got a Bryan who replied once then went MIA. Thanks

Never had an issue with Bryan either. Doesn’t respond on weekends though.

I think they’re not looking for what the acronym means but instead details on HOW Bryan went MIA. Like is this a 2 day thing? Does he need to find answers for you? Etc.

Bryan has done right by me over the years. The only boxes I’ve ever have seized have come from iHav and they took care of me in full all three times.

Ya. I won't say I'm 100% happy with the process or how things turned out, but everything's figured out. I know I'm a pain in the ass but damn that wasn't much fun.
