Headed to Chicago tomorrow

Going to Chicago tomorrow will be there for 3 days, anyone recommend a fun place to smoke a cigar and maybe a drink?  Anyone want to meet up?  Cheers

Try Casa de Montecristo in Countryside, IL. About a 20-30 min ride out of Chicago but a nice place. When I was there in 2014, they let out of towners use the exclusive members only lounge downstairs. It is an elevator with a pass key and they let you in. At the time, there was no open bar but you could bring your own booze and use their glasses. There is a physical bar there.

I ended up at Iwan Ríes, they claim to be the oldest tobacco shop in America, since 1857.  Nice shop, they have a lounge that you can hang in ($25 cover) with lots of tables and seats, wifi, tv, etc.  The shop is open from 10-5:30 and the lounge stays open later till 10pm and it's BYOB.  Nice place, staff was friendly and i bought some sticks from them even though you are welcome to smoke what you like if you pay for the lounge.  Got some work done and now having lunch next door.  Going to grab a bottle of bourbon and head back to finish my day till the wife starts calling me after her conference.  Cheers everyone.

Sorry I missed this. A bunch of us from FOH met at our spot at Up Down Cigar patio. Heated out back and bring a cooler with drinks and snacks etc. if you are an FOH guy, lots of photos there.

Just came back from Denver, but I'll be headed back to Chicago at the end of the Month.  Last time I was in Chicago I spent most of my time at Iwan Ries.  Will definitely go back there but open to checking out any other spots that are recommended.

What irony to receive this today! We are here right now and we’re smoking cigars at UpDown Cigars! We are in a cab going to a formal dinner Perry’s Steakhouse.

Will be in town tomorrow until Sunday morning.
