Not to mention he no longer honors his delivery guarantee.  I've even read where people told him they would do a charge back since he wasn't honoring the guarantee and he threatened to turn them in for buying Havanas.  He got greedy and I personally won't spend another dime with him.

It all went downhill once he started that "vintage" section on his website where he'd jack the prices on anything over 2 years old.  He used to have great Fuente prices, too, but raised those up along with the Habanos.  Then I began seeing chatter on forums about the guarantee.  The golden days were requesting the spreadsheet from him and cherry-picking box codes.  Now, who knows how long his business will last?  I checked in at FOH after years away and they're branching out into house-made NC and some Dollar General gizmo that's supposed to scare flies away.  I guess the writing's on the wall and somebody sealed it with Clear Coat.

On the subject of Ravi I have to say he has always been pretty good to me...everytime Ive had an issue he has been fair...I buy a lot of stuff for Business purposes so maybe that volume carries weight...I dont know...but no complaints here.  Also...ordered a couple boxes for me personally on 1/9 and they are out for delivery today...so very good!
