And he most recently did it on someone’s ISO post - that’s bad form.
[/quote]

The ISO was for a cigar from a ghost roller. Yeah the guy exists (Papo) and I was pointing out that I could not find any reference anywhere that this guy has any rolling experience. No one could contradict my statement(s). Not only was the story so far fetched, that  someone came forward in Papo's defense to state that he put extra strong ligero in his Lanceros. I pointed out that either Papo knew nothing about cigars or was full of it, as Lanceros are too thin to have any Ligero in it. I even pointed out that a Siglo VI only uses 1/2 leaf of ligero, anymore would burn your throat. The response to my statements? Zero, all I heard was crickets. This was even raised at FOH about 10 years ago and no one could confirm this guy was a roller of any kind. So you are saying it would be good form to stay quiet? You see when I say something I am trying to contribute for others to benefit. I'm not complaining to sway others into buying my cigars, I have a line all the way to Poughkeepsie for them. I have to wonder though when I look at your trader references it jumps out to me that I mostly see:

1. Great Seller

2. Great Seller

3. Great Seller

4. Great Seller

5. Great Seller

I think we get your modo de operandi. I dont have a problem that you sell but dont go complaining about "your competition". John

Though I would mention as well that when I look at Duane's (forgop) trading references I see much of the same:

1. Great Seller

2. Great Seller

3. Great Seller

4. Great Seller

5. Great Seller

I realize you have anointed yourself as the OLH police and you hold yourself to a higher standard. So who is policing you? John

Thank you so much for your gracious approval to sell. What would I do without it?

I don't consider you my competition but I suppose I should be flattered that you do.

It is still bad form to crap on someone's ISO post and I simply have an issue with your condescending tone.

Mudaflip, the condescending tone police is here! However, in your mind threadjacking is OK. I think you have an issue with yourself (condescending tone included), because you want to make this thread about you.  John

I'm not the one that brought up my trading record here - but all is good as long as you put the beer emoji at the end so here it is  . Have a nice day.

I’ve smoked probably a thousand cigars from Johnny. Legit, and I’ll continue to buy. I’ve spent a lot of money comparing some of the harder to find stuff. Like Talisman and Cohiba Reserva. Some I can’t source to compare, like the novedosos, but if you smoke one you know it’s Cohiba, and you know the taste of wrapper leaf from EL. I had a couple bundles of BHK 56 back in 2020 that were some of the best cigars I’ve smoked. I smoked a BHK 52 last year that I bought from John is 2018 and it was cigar if the year for me in 2021, and I smoked around 700 sticks that year, and that included plenty of vintage and special stuff. So yes, they tend to age very well. Have bundles of Novedosos from 2019 that have aged excellently. I could go on and on, just ignore the haters.

I revisited the 2019 Novedosos a few weeks back and it was an absolute honey bomb...too bad I only bought a 10 pack at the time

If you haven’t tried an EL 55th from John then you are missing out on an amazing earthy full flavor explosion. With. A few years they will be perfect

I’ve been aging a bunch of John’s EL stuff but just busted into some siglo 6 from 2018…sublime.

I have no idea, but bought some TTT, whatever those are, figured I'd age them 5-7 years.  Mostly because I have waaay more cigars than I can smoke in 5 lifetimes.

I'll post post back in 5 years to tell ya all.... (that's my new Tennesse accent, since I bought a lot to build in TN, hope to move from Kali soon!!!)
