I'm 3 orders in with Johnny, great dude and beautiful sticks. I was wondering for those who have aged these what kind of improvement did you see at the 6 months -1 year - 3 year mark?
What are your favorite's from him? I just got some Topes!
The quality and construction of the Siglo VI that I smoked last weekend was very promising.

I preferred them fresh myself, but sadly, the guy had to get involved in badmouthing others selling customs while doing nothing but speaking in vague terms about his own provenance, so take the alleged source of his cigars with a grain of salt. YMMV

I have long ago and I won't bother again. He was never specific in PM and he sure ran around in circles in every pissing match he participated about details. It was always said in a way that could be left to a number of different interpretations. You can either come out and give your provenance or continue operating in the gray area rather than black and white.
Dude just got butthurt with a couple other guys sourcing customs themselves for group buys and he felt the need to thwart competition so he'd come here and other forums to talk shit. Usually the first ones to point fingers are those projecting their own issues on someone else.

And he most recently did it on someone’s ISO post - that’s bad form.

For what its worth John has always been very transparent with me through PMs about what his cigars "are" and "are not"...from someone who has literally thousands of reg production and limited releases...I say buy with confidence.MB

Here is my take on anything you buy, if you enjoy it and feel that the price is good for the value you get why would it matter where it comes from? You either enjoy the stick or you don’t, I don’t much care where it came from. Kind of like a pretty box, looks nice but it does NOT make the cigar better.

Nickle and dime guys like you are what they are. You buy a 5 pack and spend 20 years bellyaching like it was yesterday that we traded. I have no competition as no one can source what I have. You on the other hand seem to have a lot of time to complain about someone that you dont trade with. Why dont you try to spend more time with your family or someone you care about? Seems to me that would be more beneficial as no one is listening to your 2 decade long tirade. So lets get down to the facts, what's-a-alin-ya-boy? Do I owe you money? Cigars? Did I sell you something you weren't happy with? Were all here to help you through your 20 year crisis. Tell us whats wrong so we can help you with your pain and suffering...John
