Should I return this box of Media Luna to COH?

Normally I don't mind a couple of cracked feet in a box of sticks, but there is only stick in the entire box without damage. Should I bother reaching out for a replacement box or am I making too big of a deal out it?

OUCH…….I would definitely send those back, with so many damaged and cost per stick. They didn't add the padding?

I ordered 2 boxes, both had padding which was a thin, foam sheet. One box had just one slightly cracked foot and the other box was a disaster. I am emailing Ravi and will update when I hear back.

Ravi seems great to deal with, many orders and none have looked like that. 100% needs to make this right!

Ravi is a GIANT pain in the ass to deal with if/when you run in to an issue and it generally results in a chargeback to him on your credit card and your account being banned on the site.

Only time I had an issue at COH was for an undelivered box. After 40 business days Ravi asked what I wanted, reship or refund. I took the refund and it was issued within 3 days.
