Poor transaction, you can see all of the comments battlezone with the title of "how to handle purchase issue" that thread started on 12/20, as of 12/31 no resolution in sight. ( on page 4 is the Imgur links so you can see the conversations outside of here)

I shared my screen shots of interactions as well as the cigars and how they came

A few highlights:
- shipping took awhile and 0 communication while it took that time, I inquired a few time whether or not there was Boveda.
- he only replied after I asked about purchasing an item.
- 2/3 opus x cigars came damaged and no Boveda
- I ask about exchanging them he said so we can try a claim, then stopped responded
-  I had a member of this group bait him with a purchase inquiry and he responded in 2 minutes (it was not until the battle zone post he actually tried to speak to me)
- then posted in battlezone in which he attempted to claim that he requested pictures which never occurred, he only gave me his email and the comment after that was no we cant exchange them, he physically never said can I see pictures
-in text he said he would try to submit the claim, but it does seem like would be futile
- no longer responding currently again

I hope some resolution comes from this situation but so far I dont see it happening.

 If by saying "rectified" do you mean "did the slimeball correct the issue", then I believe the answer is "no".  

 Odd that $100 or so will cause someone to trash themselves in one of their primary selling markets (see how "woke" I am....VRAT could identify as a "he" or a "she" or an "us" so I used "them" as the pronoun.)
